In early SSR adverts there are some models that don't show up in the wild First up, February 1976. Single piece wheel named Star Five:

SSR Mk-5

April 1976, cool centrecaps on these ones:

SSR Star Five

March 1977, Star Five is renamed to SSR MK-5, caps are changed again. Also the three piece 5-holes wheel is shown.

SSR Mk-5 Mk-3 Mk-2

September 1977, Here we see the 5-holes wheel now has more of a star shape to the spokes and is called the MK-III 5-Hole. The centrecap has also changed:

SSR Mk-5 Mk2 Mk3

May 1978, now the Mk-III 5-hole is even more star shaped and looks just like the SSR Star Five that can be found. We also see the F-2/FJ1300 race wheel advertised. While rare, these do exist. This wheel seems to have inspired the Longchamp XR-4. The Star Mesh is also called the Mk-6:

SSR F-2 Mk-6

June 1978, we see the familiar Star Mesh and Star Five names here (the single piece Star Five may have already been discontinued?). An additional Racing 3 wheel, these also are sometimes seen up for sale
